Mrs. Rita “Rallie” Miller Lambert, 84, passed from this life on Sunday, December 11, 2016, at Lawrence County Nursing Home with her loving family by her side. She was born on October 13, 1932 in Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana, to John “Bayou” Miller and Annie Lafosse Miller.
