Effie LeBlanc Carney

Effie LeBlanc Carney, 96, was called home from this life on Monday, September 19, 2016 at Lawrence County Hospital in Monticello. Mrs. Effie was born January 28, 1920 in Donaldsonville, Louisiana to William Joseph LeBlanc and Modeste Collet.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at Jayess Baptist Church with services beginning at 8 p.m.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. at Rabenhorst East Funeral Home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A visitation will continue Friday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., September 23, 2016 with funeral services beginning at 11 a.m. Graveside services will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park Cemetery in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
