Services for Joe, ” Baby Joe” Parkman 74, were held Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Shady Grove M.B. Church in Silver Creek. Rev. Le’Patrick Hartwell officiated and Rev. Gary McInnis delivered the eulogy. Interment was in Shady Grove Church Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of arrangements.
