Belford R. Speights, 81, of Monticello, died Friday, December 6, 2013 at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Funeral services were held on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at Carmel Baptist Church in Monticello. Burial was in Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home of Monticello was in charge of arrangements.
