Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 16, at Forest Grove Methodist Protestant Church in Jayess, for Carl S. Rutland, 73, who passed away December 12 at his residence. Interment will follow at Forest Grove Methodist Protestant Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
