Joel Nevil Cox, 38, of Monticello, passed away on Monday, September 6,2010 while at work overseas. Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at Monticello Baptist Church. Burial followed at the Monticello Baptist Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
