Elijah “Bud” Barnes, Sr.

Mr. Elijah “Bud” Barnes, Sr., 85, died Monday afternoon July 9, 2007 at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. Services for Mr. Barnes were held on Saturday, July 14, at the Lucas Tabernacle Church of Christ Holiness, U.S.A. with Elder Rufus Fields officiating. Interment was in the Lucas Cemetery, with Laird Mortuary, Inc. of Prentiss in charge of all arrangements.
