Betty Kay Chapman

Betty Kay Chapman, 59, of Monticello passed away on June 10, 2025, at her residence in Monticello. She was born on Nov. 13, 1965, in Texas.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 15, at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello. Bro. Haegan Lee will officiate.

She was loved by many and missed by all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Chapman; father, William Jasper Barton; mother, Carrolynn Barton; and brother, Billy Joe Barton.

Survivors include her son, Auston Reid, of Jayess; stepdaughter, Shameka Boyd; grandchildren, Grant Keene, Jayden Keene, and Jason Keene; brothers, Eddie Barton, Shane Barton, and Lance Barton; sister, Salina Garrett; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
