Debra H. Johnson

Debra H. Johnson, 73, of Silver Creek, passed away Nov. 23, 2022, at her daughter’s residence in Monticello. Debra was born April 5, 1949, in Fort Meade, Md., to Marcus and Inez Bell Hammons.
Visitation was held Nov. 28 at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello. Wilson Funeral Home handled arrangements.
Debra enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Debra loved music, painting, and drawing.
Debra is survived by her children, Dena Bedson (Jamie), of Natchez; Debbie Schwartz (Joe), of Albuquerque, N.M.; Paul Johnson Jr. (Claudia), of Silver Creek; Tandy Holmes (Matt), of Monticello; one sister, Linda Hollis, of Vidalia, La.; grandchildren, Josh, Alania, Caitlin, Kristine, Evan, Paula, Erin, Austin, Amber, Brieanna, and Marc; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Johnson Sr.; son, Marc Johnson; great-granddaughter, Braylan Case; and great-grandson, Alaric McCollum.
