Billy Carol McNeese

Billy Carol McNeese, 72, of Monticello, passed away on Sept. 30, 2020, at Forest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. Billy was born Aug. 20, 1948, in Arm, to Charles Ray and Christine Hutchinson McNeese.
A funeral service was held Oct. 3 at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, with graveside services following in Old Arm Cemetery in Silver Creek. Bro. Wade Biggs and Bro. Steve Posey officiated, with Wilson Funeral Home handling arrangements.
Billy owned and operated Bill’s Tire & Muffler in Monticello for 15 plus years. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. Billy enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of Grace Independent Baptist Church in Brookhaven. Billy will be missed by everyone.
Those preceding him in death were his parents; son, Willie McNeese; brothers, Larry Charles McNeese and Jerry McNeese; sister, Jo Ann Mayhugh; and grandson, Alex Johnson.
Billy is survived by his wife, Cathy McNeese, of Monticello; one daughter, Dosky Huff (Barry), of Brookhaven; sons, Travis McNeese (Stacy), of Brookhaven; James Johnson, of Monticello; and Brad McNeese (Kristina), of Brookhaven; brothers, James McNeese (Mary Ann) and Travis “Trabo” McNeese; sisters, Sally King (Dale) and Sandy Sm
