James Jerry Hall

James Jerry Hall, of Petal and a native of Monticello, passed away on Sept. 15, 2025. He was born on March 26, 1941. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 22 at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his sons, Ben Hall (Marty), Matt Hall (Lucretia), Clint Hall, all of Petal; sisters, Pearl Hall Morris ( JL Morris), of Fayette, Ala.; Jane Hall Bell (Larry Bell), of Monticello; and numerous loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father, J W Bill Hall, and mother, Mae Hall, of Monticello; and Ruthie Merle Hall, Phillip M. Hall, of Lake Cormorant; Lillie Hall Bell, of Monticello; and Roy Hall, of Macon.
