Wilcher recognized for 20 years of service

Sarah Fleming Wilcher (right) recently received a plaque for 20 years of service with the U.S. government. She is the soil conservationist at Natural Resource Conservation Service’s Monticello center. Presenting the plaque is Dennis Jones, area three conservationist.
