Billie L. Hewitt

Billie L. Hewitt, 84, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 10, 2019. She was a longtime resident of Jayess and a member of Oak Grove Pentecostal Church.
Mrs. Billie was born August 6, 1934, to Mr. Louie and Mrs. Tera Cupstid Lambert.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Hewitt; sons, Gerald Hewitt and Jimmy Dale Hewitt; grandson, Benji Harvey; sister, Sue Roberts, and brothers, Cleveland Lambert and Pat Lambert.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Carolyn Newell (Jerome) and Rachel Harvey (Jeff); grandchildren, Rusty Newell (Jodie), Dwayne Hewitt (Brenda), Jimmy Hewitt, Jr. and Athena MacDonald; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Elaine Hollingsworth, Robbie Delaughter and Leona Martin; brother, Sidney Lambert, and nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
