    Sauls Valley Baptist Church will have revival Sunday, July 14-Wednesday, July 17. On Sunday, July 14, Morning Worship will begin at 11 a.m., followed by lunch in the Family Life Center. Monday-Wednesday, services will begin at 7 p.m. Rev. Scott Johnson will be the revival speaker and Donovan McComb will lead the music.

    Mississippi Watermelon Festival

    The 2019 Mississippi Watermelon Festival is currently accepting applications for arts and craft vendors for July 19 & 20. In its 41st year, the Festival is held in Mize in the City Park with an average attendance of 6,000. The Festival features a 5K run, Car and Truck Show, Biggest Watermelon Contest, and entertainment throughout both days, as well as the arts and crafts. Organizers are also looking for talented artists to perform, so please email your information if you are interested. Space is limited so get your applications in.
