Monticello Marketplace set for Saturday

The 17th annual Monticello Marketplace will be held Nov. 4, featuring great vendors, food, and fun.

The event will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 3 p.m. The event is a great opportunity to begin Christmas shopping and take the family out for a day of fun and good food.

A car show will be set up in the parking lot of Monticello Baptist Church. Proceeds from that event will go to the church youth.

Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce President Stevie Yoas said the vendor list for the event should offer something for everyone. There will also be blowup jumpers for the kids.

Everyone is invited to come out Saturday, have some fun, and support Lawrence County businesses and the vendors who are coming into town for the event.
