Ricky Dale Sauls

A graveside service for Ricky Dale Sauls was held May 15, 2023, at Sauls Family Cemetery in Monticello.
Mr. Sauls, 72, of Monticello, died May 11 at his home in Lawrence County. He was born in Tylertown on Jan. 6, 1951, to James L. Sauls and Charlene Givens Sauls.
Ricky was employed in the oil industry and worked offshore for many years. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Monticello and also a member of the Monticello Lodge.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Robert L. “Robby” Sauls.
Ricky is survived by his wife of 53 years, Rosemary W. Sauls; son, James R. “Jamie” Sauls; daughter-in-law, Stacy Sauls Thornhill; four grandchildren, Taylor Sauls (Jannan), Maddie Claire Sauls, Preston Sauls, and Molly Sauls; and two great-grandchildren, Evan Sauls and Leigh Taylor Sauls. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
