Johnny G. Jordan

Johnny G. Jordan “Bigfoot,” 60, of Oakvale, passed away on Feb. 20, 2023. Johnny was born Jan. 8, 1963, in Columbia to Howard and Faye Jordan.
A funeral service was held Feb. 27 at Hepzibah Baptist Church, Silver Creek, with graveside service following at the church cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Johnny was an active member of Hepzibah Baptist Church; his passion was mission trips. He was a lover of the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was a “brother” to all.
Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Faye Jordan; one brother, Kenneth Jordan; and two nephews, Jonathan and Jason Jordan.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Jordan; children, Eddie McMillion and Brian McMillion; a daughter/niece, Jonie Cosper of Bay Minette, Ala., and her three children, Johnny, Lila, and Cruz. He also leaves behind siblings, Danny Jordan (Linda), Bobby Jordan, Kathy Dearman (Talsie), Anita Keller (Ed), Cherie Thornhill (Daniel), and Chuck Jordan (Christie); along with many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends, including a very special friend, Jamie Coulter of Hamburg, Ark.
