Jennifer Lynne (Jenny) Johnson

Jennifer Lynne (Jenny) Johnson, 61, of Monticello, passed away Nov. 17, 2022, in Brookhaven. Jenny was born Nov. 13, 1961, in El Dorado, Kansas, to Harvey and Betty Johnson.
A memorial service was held at New Hope Baptist Church in Monticello on Nov. 23. Bro. Kevin Crozier officiated.
Jenny worked as a body technician at Full Tilt Auto Body Repair in Brookhaven. She enjoyed her family and spending time with her nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She loved making crafts and painting, and sharing her talents with her friends and family. Jenny made an everlasting impact to everyone who knew her with her selflessness, kindness, and patience.
Jenny was preceded in death by her precious mother, Betty Johnson.
Jenny is survived by her sons, Brent Davis and wife, Monica, of Pearl River, La.; Braxton Davis and fiancé, Haley McNeese, of Monticello; daughters, Misty Davis, and Brittany Davis and fiancé, Elric Long, all of Tallassee, Ala.; grandchildren, Amayah Davis, of Monticello; Brendan Davis, Taylor Davis, of Pearl River, La.; Jade Hernandez, Brookelyn Hernandez, Michael Hernandez, Reighn Davis, Milana Long, and one great-grandson, King Clark, all of Tallassee, Al.; and Jenny was anxiously awaiting the arrival of great-granddaughter, Ariana Davis. She also leaves behind her brothers Terry Johnson and Scott Johnson, both of Monticello; Jerry Johnson and wife, Terri, of Boston, Ky.; sisters, Toni Craft, and Nina Hill and husband, Joe; and father, Harvey Johnson, all of Monticello; and a host of nieces and nephews left to cherish her memory.
