Thomas N. Kimble

Thomas N. Kimble, 68, passed away May 30, 2022. A funeral service was held June 5 at Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church, Sontag.
Thomas was born May 25, 1954, in Vicksburg to John and Martha Kimble. He attended and graduate from the Yazoo County school system. He worked many different jobs; he was a security officer and helped Mr. Amos Newman at the laundromat on Monticello Street for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and one brother.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Faye Tyler Trimble; four daughters, Yolanda, Tanisha (Alzoro), of Monticello; Kimberly White (Marcus), of Byram; and Angela Rogers, of Yazoo; three sons, Phillip Kimble (Yasmine) “Det Slay Girl,” of Monticello; Thomas Kimble Jr. (Greta), of Jackson; and Walter Kimble, of Monticello; two sisters, Theria Tate, of Holly Bluff; and Annie Mae Kimble, of Rochester, N.Y.; five brothers, John Kimble (Inez), Lonnie Kimble (Myrtis), Charlie Kimble, Sammie Kimble, and James Kimble, all of Rochester, N.Y.; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two goddaughters, Rhonda Barnes, of Prentiss; and Verna Scott, of Alabama; one godson, Gregory Young, of Monticello; six sisters-in-law, Ray Jean, Joyce Merchant, Paula Loper, Kathy Tucker, Darlene Cameron, and Treaunda Ellis Harris; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, including dear friend Mr. Amos Newman.
