Sue Lambert

Sue Lambert, 73, of Silver Creek, passed away June 22, 2021, at Diversicare in Brookhaven. Sue was born March 16, 1948, in Brookhaven, to N.S. “Simp” and Donis Hill Lambert.
A funeral service was held June 24 at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, with graveside services following in Bethshan Memorial Park in Monticello. Bro. Jimmy Harvey officiated, with Wilson Funeral Home handling arrangements.
Sue worked 18 years at Don’s Casuals, and she also volunteered at Lawrence County Nursing Center.
Sue is survived by her brother, Vince Lambert, of Monticello; two aunts, Opal Leggett and Zelda Hill Davis; and sister-in-law Sandra Lambert.
Those preceding her in death were her parents; sister, Lou Lambert; and brother, Wendell Lambert.
