Tommie June Davis

Funeral services for Tommie June Davis, 83, of Monticello, were held Sept. 15, 2020, at Bethel Baptist Church in Monticello. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Bro. Michael Smith officiated, with Wilson Funeral Home handling arrangements. Mrs. Davis passed from this life on Sept. 12 at her residence.
She was born on June 21, 1937, in Monticello, to Tom and Fannie Hathorn Rogers.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Jimmie Davis; and a brother, Will Rogers.
Survivors are her son, Jimmie Davis (Teresa); daughter, Lou Davis; grandchildren, Brandi Banister (Christopher), Christina Proctor, Corey Jones (Hana); great-grandchildren, Maddie Banister, Lena Proctor, and Mayson Banister.
