Donnie Ray Jones

Funeral services for Donnie Ray Jones were held Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at Friendship Baptist Chruch in Carson, with burial following in the Church Cemetery. Bro. Pete Bennett officiated the services, with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Jones, of Crooked Creek, passed from this life Friday, September 20, 2019, at Forrest General Hospital. He was born August 5, 1956 in Natchez to James I. and Ruby Nations Jones. Donnie was a good husband, brother, father and friend and will be missed by many. He enjoyed being a member of the GWRRA.
Preceding him in death were his parents and his son, Christopher David Jones.
Survivors are his wife, Brenda K. Rushing Jones; stepson, Miland Hall; stepdaughters, Amanda Kay Blansett and Miranda Lynn Hall; four grandchildren; two brothers, James Jones and Andy Jones, and two sisters, Diann Kirby and Amy Sutton.
