Mr. Loper is preceded in death by father, John Edward Loper; brother, Jimmy Loper; son, Keith Boykin and daughter, Patricia Boykin.
Survivors include his wife, Loyce Loper, Mize; mother, Frances Elmeze Loper, Monticello; daughters, Jennifer Wilbanks, Fairhope, AL; Stacy Bird, Jackson; son, Eddie Boykin; brothers, Robert Dale Loper, TX; David Loper, New Market, AL and sister Wanda Loper, Brookhaven.
