Virginia Ann Johnson

Virginia Ann Johnson, 72, was called home from this life on June 21, 2017 at her residence in Sontag with her loving family by her side. Virginia was born December 10, 1944 in Braxton to Henry and Ada Mae Taylor.
Services were held Sunday, June 25, 2017 at Shiloh Baptist Church in Sontag, with graveside services following in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Ed King officiated the services, with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Virginia enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, fishing and gardening. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church for over fifty years.
Surviving Mrs. Johnson are her husband of 55 years, Franklin Leon Johnson of Sontag; sons, Franklin Paul Johnson (Kathy) of Niota, Tennessee, Billy Wayne Johnson (Jennifer) of Madisonville, Tennessee and Tony Johnson (Donna) of Sontag; three brothers; two sisters; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Henry and Ada Mae Taylor and two brothers, Pincher Taylor and Toby Taylor.
