Cynthia B. Dequeant

Cynthia B. Dequeant was welcomed into Heaven on February 4, 2016 at the age of 58. Cindy was born in Gretna, Louisiana, to Adeline Duval Bishop and the late Ellis Bishop as the fifth of six children. She was a resident of Silver Creek for the past 24 years.
