Thomas Stephen “Stevie” Westmoreland, 32, was called home from this life on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at his residence in Monticello. Mr. Westmoreland was born January 29, 1983 in Baytown, Texas.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Wilson Funeral Home. The graveside service followed in Monticello Pentecostal Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
