Sandra Denise Ruby, 44, was called home from this life on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at her residence in Monticello. Ms. Ruby was born June 13, 1971 in Naples, Florida to Ellis and Margaret Ketring Howell.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Calvary United Pentecostal Church. The graveside service followed in the Calvary United Pentecostal Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
