Funeral services were held Monday, October 13, 2014 at Saulters Moore Chapel in Prentiss for Travis Polk, who passed away on October 10, 2014 at Baptist Hospital in Jackson. Interment followed at Calvary Cemetery in Silver Creek. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements.
