Annette Stephens Harvey of Monticello died Sunday, June 22, 2014 at her residence in Monticello. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Monticello Baptist Church in Monticello. Burial was at Monticello Municipal Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home of Monticello was in charge of arrangements.
