Barbara Berneal McLelland Boutwell, 73, of Monticello, died Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. Funeral services were held on Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello. Burial was in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home of Monticello was in charge of arrangements.
