Bobby William Ard

Bobby William Ard, 44, of Jayess, died Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Lawrence County Hospital in Monticello. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello. Burial will be in Roberts Memorial Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home of Monticello is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from 5-9 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home .

Mr. Ard was born in Brookhaven. He loved his girls and motorcycles. He was preceded in death by his mother, Glenda Bannister.

Survivors include his father, Jerry Ard and wife LaGwen of Jayess; daughters, Diamond Alizae Ard, Destiny Inell Ard, and Heaven Dezarae Ard, all of Jayess; brothers, Jerry William Ard of Brookhaven and Carlos Anthony Ard of Monticello; sister, Shirley Holmes Stringer of Seminary; and numerous nieces and nephews.
