Rayford Ballard, 63, of Jayess, died Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Pearl River County Hospital in Poplarville. Funeral services were held on Friday, July 5, 2013 at Forest Grove Methodist Protestant Church in Monticello. Burial was in Forest Grove Methodist Protestant Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home of Monticello was in charge of arrangements.
