Erlene “Sis” Lowe Witters, 92, of Monticello, died Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Hardy Wilson Memorial Hospital in Hazlehurst. Funeral services were held on Monday, April 15, 2013 at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello. Burial was in Lowe Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home of Monticello was in charge of arrangements.
