Cathryn Ann Schminke Bailey, 63, of Monticello, died Friday, December 28, 2012 at Ochsner’s Hospital in New Orleans. Funeral services were held Saturday, December 29, at Monticello Baptist Church. Burial was in Monticello Baptist Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home of Monticello handled arrangements.
