Services were held for Johnny Dale Smith, 50, of Monticello, who died on October 4, 2012 at University Medical Center in Jackson. The funeral was held at Calvary United Pentecostal Church on October 7, 2012. Interment followed at Powell’s Grove United Pentecostal Church Cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.
