John Wade Thorpe, 62, of Union Church, died Monday, August 6, 2012 at his residence. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 16 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. with funeral services following at 12:00 p.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home in Brookhaven. Burial will be in Union Church Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
