Jewel Hill Rusgo

Jewel Hill Rusgo, of Sterling, VA, died Saturday, September 10, 2011. Jewel was born in Monticello, September 17, 1918.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Zora Lambert Hill and John Clifton Hill, her husband, Harry, and her Sister, Jessie Maud Whittington. Survivors include her daughters, Ann Drake and Carol Oakes, brother James E. Hill (Dottie) of Monticello and sister Alice E. Padgett of Arlington, Va.
