Catherine Walker Powell, 89, of Monticello, died Sunday, September 11, 2011 at her residence in Monticello. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at Bethel Baptist Church in Monticello. Burial will be in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home of Monticello is in charge of arrangements.
