Funeral services were held Saturday, July 30, 2011 at St. Paul M. B. Church, Silver Creek for Shelby Madison, Jr., 43, who died Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Lawrence County Hospital, Monticello. Rev. Amos Bridges officiated with interment following in the Pen Oak Church cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
