James Garfield Russell, 84, of Monticello, died Monday, July 25, 2011 at his residence in Monticello. Funeral services were held at Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, July 28, 2011. Burial was in Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home of Monticello was in charge of arrangements.
