James L. Ard, 80, died March 31, 2011, at Lawrence County Nursing Home in Monticello. Funeral services were held on Monday, April 4, 2011 at Catchings Funeral Home with Dr. David Millican officiating. Burial was in Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Jayess. Catchings Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
