A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery for Jessie Hill Whittington, 88, of Metairie, Louisiana. She died on February 7. Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home in Metairie, Louisiana and Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello handled the arrangements.
