Billie J. Wingo

Billie Jones Wingo, 87, of Silver Creek, passed away at his residence on August 3, 2008. Born in Newport, Alaska on June 24, 1921, he was the son of Burley and Bessie Polk Wingo. He was a member of the Old Silver Creek Baptist Church. He was a Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force and retired after serving twenty years. He was also a veteran of World War II.
