Funeral services were held for Polly Ruth Pennington Downs, 76, of Monticello, on February 28, 2008 at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church. Burial was in Cody, WY. She died on February 26 at her residence. Brookhaven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
