Funeral services were held for Donice Peavy Carter, 83, of Sachse, Texas on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at First Baptist Church, Richardson, Texas, with a graveside service at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Brookhaven on Friday, June 22. Charles Smith & Sons Funeral Home in Sachse, Texas was in charge of arrangements. She died Monday, June 18 at Winters Park Nursing Home in Garland, Texas.
