Betty Winn Rhymes

Betty Winn Rhymes was called to her Heavenly home on November 18, 2015 from her home in Monticello, MS. Born August 25, 1927 to Lewis E. and Audie Mae Winn of Laurel, MS, she was the second of four children in the family. A graduate of Blue Mountain College, “Miss Betty” was a school teacher in Natchez, Hattiesburg, and Monticello before she married her true love, John W. (Jack) Rhymes in September 1955.
